• Member Plans: Apply via the Member Plan application form on this website.
• Supporting Members: After submitting the Supporting Member application form, make a bank transfer in accordance with the instructions provided.
• Events: Apply via the application form for each event on the “Events” page of this website.

• Supporting Member fees: Bank transfer.

• Member Plans: Payment is processed immediately upon application. For subscriptions (automatic recurring payments), payment will be processed automatically on the annual billing date.

• Supporting Member fees: Please transfer the fee to the designated account within 30 days of the payment request date from the society.

• Member Plans: After passing the membership screening, your membership status will become active and you will be able to log in once payment is completed during the Member Plan application process.
• Events: After payment is completed, your registration will be deemed accepted upon receipt of the automated notification email from this website and/or the payment service, and you may attend on the event date.
• Supporting Members: After confirmation of payment by bank transfer, services for Supporting Members will begin from the time the society sends you a notification email.

• Member Plans: If payment is not completed during the application process, the application may become invalid after a certain period of time.
• Events: Registration will close once capacity is reached or when the application deadline arrives.
• Supporting Members: If payment cannot be confirmed within 30 days of the society’s payment request date, your application may be canceled.

• Member Plans: Due to the nature of the service, returns or exchanges do not apply, and refunds after payment are not accepted. If an obvious erroneous charge (e.g., a duplicate payment) is confirmed, we will respond on a case-by-case basis.
• Events: Cancellations or refunds after registration is completed are not accepted. If an event is canceled due to the organizer’s circumstances, refunds or alternative arrangements will be made in accordance with a separately specified method.

If you are using a Member Plan subscription (automatic recurring payments), you can stop automatic billing from the next billing date onward by completing the cancellation procedure from your member page. Please note that no refunds will be provided for payments that have already been completed.

After completing various application procedures, an email will be sent automatically from this website (or from the payment service: PayPal/Stripe). If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and then contact us via the email address above.
